Required skills:
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, self-starting law professional of 25-35 y.o. with a degree in Law with 2+ years of legal practice,sufficient knowledge and ability to provide legal advice in the following areas: Contracts, Real Estate, Corporate, Insurance, Currency Regulation and Currency Control, Licensing, Certification, Customs, Labor Law, Work Permits and good command of English.

Job Description:
Under the supervision of Moscow based Legal Counsel/Attorney provide legal advice for supporting business activities of the company:
- reviewing and preparing routine commercial contracts (sale-purchase (delivery), lease, contractor agreements, rendering of services, storage, transportation, insurance, utilities, other);
- reviewing and preparing immovable property contracts (lease/purchase);
- providing advice on corporate issues;
- providing advice on labor law issues;
- assisting in obtaining licenses, work permits, etc.;
- performing legal research on a variety of issues to support legal decisions;
- liaising with governmental bodies: corporate registration, real estate registration issues, etc.
