World leading foreign oil&gas service company is looking for a Contracts Administrator in Nefteugansk.
The Contracts Administrator is responsible for the review and preparation of comments and revisions of the company's contracts and contractual terms & conditions relating to Company’s operations with its clients and subcontractors. This function requires the knowledge and familiarity of any applicable laws and regulations in addition to company’s policies & procedures.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, self-starting law professional of 25-35 y.o. with a degree in Law, Business Management, Para-Legal or equivalent with Experience and exposure in the review and negotiation of terms and conditions, contracts, agreements, etc. (1 – 3 years) and Additional experience in other fields which may be complementary to the Contracts function such as finance, tax, para-legal duties, etc.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for delivering professional contract and procurement support to the SLB OFS organization and the various SLB Product Lines
• Ensures compliance with SLB policies and procedures in the contracting process
• Preparation and execution of sub-contract agreements
• Liaison with Clients / Product Lines over commercial & contractual proposals and associated negotiations insuring that Company's risk and exposure are properly managed
• Ensures proper and consistent administration of all tenders and service contracts
• Analyzing tenders and contract risk in compliance with SLB Corporate policies
• Maintenance and review of ongoing and current contracts
• Co-ordination with legal department on legal matters as required
• Maintenance and review of contract filing system and / or data base / or other administrative functions as may be requested by the Contracts Manager
• Deputises as necessary for the Contracts Manager
