OFF vuze azureus

Кто знает где там можно ограничение по сессиям выставить?
Второй день на Кабинете скорость 10 кб/c, позвонил в тех поддержку, грят у вас автоматом включилось ограничение изза большого кол-ва сессий. пипец, - на скачивание стоит 1 файл, и 4 раздачи (а раньше и по 30 было)
Самое смешное что на торрентах уже несколько лет, и раньше ограничение никогда не включалось.

"левой" сетевой активности нет. файрвол бдит

А тормозит по страшной силе.

от чего лечить? вирусов нет 1000%
это был лог при запущенной опере и azureus

если посмотреть активность просто включив комп, и не чего не запустив, то там нечего нет.
