Yes, they do, but I'v seen it only in bikeshops, but not on the streets :-)
I ride friend's bike, they live here. The cost of bike is 120$, it has 21 speed, soft fork and AL frame, it's not so bad! :-)
Tommorow I'll try to assembly a BMX and may be they take me in the bike shop as a mechanic!!
